Candied Chestnut Christmas Cake

Three types of cheeses - mascarpone, ricotta and cottage - went into this crustless cake studded with tender chunks of Grand Marnier candied chestnuts. It's a unique recipe in that it should be served warm or room temperature, not cold like standard cheesecakes.
This one is a tester recipe for my stepfather's birthday... I knew it would be a keeper just from the smell! He (as well as the rest of the family that ate it) has declared it amazing!
